Order

Working with us is easy and convenient:

1. Fill out the form on the Join Us page - selecting a username and password.
2. One of dAlbums' customer service representatives will contact you.

Once you have received your password and been contacted by our customer service representative:

1. Submit your images to our secure FTP server.
2. Fill in and submit the online form below informing us of your design requests.
3. We create the album and then send you a low-resolution version of the design for your approval.
4. You request any desired changes and we carry out these changes until you are satisfied.
5. After the final design has been approved, we invoice you via Pay Pal.
6. Once your payment has been received, we send you a link to a downloadable high-resolution ready for print file. Included in the price of every design order is an unbound printed 5x7 copy of the album delivered directly to you by mail. If requested, we carry out the printing and binding process and ship your printed and bound albums according to the agreed upon timetable.
